Hi there and welcome to Elvanto. This is a system to help us keep in contact, to plan services, organise teams and more.

Here are a few things you can do

1. Click on your name in the top right hand corner. Check your details (even upload a photo if you like) (Note: you are able to update family members information too, if applicable)

2. While in your profile check your privacy settings (on the left). You can choose if you want to be in the 'member directory' and what details are available to other members.

3. If you are a volunteer - you can put your 'unavailability' in by clicking the button in the top menu - this means you won't get rostered on while you are away.

4. You can download the elvanto app (from google play or the app store) so you can access everything easily on your phone, respond to roster requests and even view a service runsheet if you are involved on a sunday (saves paper!)
